Creating fun memorable experiences using colorful creative balloon sculptures and performing mind bending magic illusions is what Twisted Fun Balloon Magic is all about!
My passion is making kids and people smile and laugh. I am known for my ability to take requests and twist with an entertaining flair. My balloon creations can be seen all across the Pacific Northwest during the summertime as I follow the outdoor fairs and festivals from June to September.
I also perform Close-Up Card Magic and Sleight of Hand Magic at various restaurants, fundraisers, and corporate functions. I work with premier entertainment agencies in Seattle who book me across the Northwest.
My career as a professional Balloon Twister and Magician started at the young age of 14! One year my family hired an amazing artist to a birthday of mine, George A. Mack, one of the Pacific Northwest’s foremost magicians and leading balloon twister, and he became my mentor.
I started off donating my first twisting and magic shows to the Make a Wish Foundation and Children’s Hospital. Then I was lucky to get hired by Starz children’s store in Issaquah, Washington. This became my first steady job, where for two years I worked as their in-store balloon artist.
At the same time I began performing at birthday parties doing Magic shows and Balloon twisting. Initially I was that boy with a magic cape around my neck, black hat and white gloves who would entertain at children’s parties. My hands were full as parents sometimes left me with 20-30 kids, who would run me around in circles or want to play “hide Milo’s magic tricks” the rest of the hour.
This experience led me to taking my magic in a new direction, and I I transitioned into also performing Close-Up Card Magic and Sleight of Hand Magic.
After a couple of summers performing at Seattle’s Pike Street Market, in 2011 I was voted “Pike Street Market Entertainer of the Summer.”
For the last couple of years, I've been twisting balloons for kids and tourists at Seattle’s worldwide tourist attraction, the Space Needle.
With 15 years of entertainment experience behind me, I’ve also travelled in Scandinavia and Africa, and have working experience on Holland America and Majestic America cruise lines.
